The following outlines our returns, exchanges and refund policy. By processing your payment with Coco & Pud, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases. Please note that refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and deemed as faulty. A store credit or exchange will be offered in all other circumstances.
All return policies issued by Coco & Pud abide by and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law (ACL)

1. Read the Returns Policy information below located on this page
to see if you qualify to make a return.
2. Download, print and complete this Return Form.
3. You will need to cover the return postage to send your return to us,
please also ensure to send your order with an activated tracking number
and have this information accessible.

5.Once your return has been processed you will receive a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. You can then use this to purchase the new items.
Items marked on the product listing as final sale or purchased during a sale or marked down stock are not eligible for return. No returns or credits for final sale items.
Any returns need to be shipped within 14 days of receipt, and received by us within 30 days of your order via return post for a STORE CREDIT only if the products:
• Have not been used or worn
• Have no pulled threads
• Are not soiled or damaged, or absorbed dog smells
• Have its original tags attached
• Are returned in their original undamaged packaging
• Were not received as a prior exchange
• Pet Toys, Bowls, Pet Carriers, socks, Treats, hampers & Placemats are not returnable
• Item is not marked on the product listing page as a Final Sale Item
• Black Friday, Boxing Day and Flash sale items are not returnable
• Discounted Sweaters, Scrunchies & Beanies are considered final sale and are not returnable
• Products discounted to 30% or more are not accepted for return or exchange
• Final Sale items will not be accepted for return
Please note we offer a store credit only, we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty. A item not fitting your pet is only offered for store credit, not refunds.
No returns on Final Sale items. Final Sale items include items marked down to 30% or more or as stated on the product listing page. If final sale items are returned no credit or refund will be issued.
If you return items purchased on sale, via Catch or Kogan, or via our website with a discount code or a final sale item you will automatically be issued a store credit minus shipping.
We offer store credit only in the form of a Coco & Pud Gift Card via email. Please check our return requirements have been met. Otherwise, we are unable to process your request.
Your store credit will reflect the value of the originally purchased goods price. If all items are returned, and when purchasing your items you qualified for free shipping or used a free shipping code or were not charged shipping, a shipping fee $12 will be deducted from your store credit to cover shipping fees for your original order.

If you request to return a discounted item the item may no longer be on sale when you go to repurchase it.
- Store credit can only be used at cocoandpud.com.au
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit can simply be topped up through payment for the remaining balance due via our ordering portal.
- We cannot guarantee all sizes or items will be available to repurchase in a new size
- Items purchased with a discount code may not be eligible or discounted when you repurchase
All Faulty items will be replaced, if replacements are not available they will be refunded.
Responsibility of return address fully completed on your return satchel is the customers responsibility. We take no responsibility for any returns lost or missing in transit.
Any returns not returned with a completed exchange form or returns not claimed within 60 days of us contacting you will be forfeit.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing of returns can take up to 14 days once received. If your return excludes a completed return form this may delay your return over 14+ days. You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been completed.
Sale items or items marked as Final Sale may only be refunded or returned if they are found to be faulty. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Please measure your pet carefully when purchasing, we do not refund if an alternate size is not available.
If sale items are returned, you will be credited minus 20% restocking fee.
Final sale items are not returnable.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR DISCOUNTED OR SALE ITEMS. We do not refund if a item does not fit your pet. We are happy to provide a store credit. Each item has sizing on each listing to ensure best fit for your pet.
We are unable to cancel orders, once shipped or lodged with Australia Post. If a refund is requested, items will be refunded minus shipping costs and minus 20% restocking fee.
Items purchased with a discount code, during a sale or marked down stock are not eligible for return. No returns or credits for final sale items.
If a item is faulty it will be replaced, if replacement not available you will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Please ship returns using a trackable shipping service, and consider shipping insurance if your parcel is of greater value than $100. We are only able to process returns received by us, and any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the postal service or courier.
